We work hard to keep clients’ up-to-date regarding the cost of any ongoing legal work we are doing for you. In most cases we are able to provide you with a fixed-fee buying or selling your home.

The costs of our conveyancing services depend on several factors including the area in which the property is located and the sale price. Alternatively, the links below will take you to a page where we outline the relevant price , along with more information regarding the key stages of your matter. Just as importantly, we also explain what things are NOT included in our fee, e.g. Stamp Duty if you are buying a property.

We typically work on a fixed fee basis, ensuring that you know what the fees will be for your transaction from the outset. If, during the transaction, there is a new development, we will discuss the change in fees with you and agree a way forward.

I can’t think of any way that LCF Residential Team Yellow could improve their service.
Tracey Lynam and Lynsey Ryan have been excellent at looking after the sale of our late mothers house. They kept us informed of every stage and put up with all my anxious queries.
